Ladies and Gentlemen, all school Founders in the Littoral Region.

On the 18^th of October 2023, we are called to elect SEDUC as well as its Assisstant for the Lay Private Education in the Littoral. Several candidates wish that you vote for them. But, reason and objectivity have caused us to choose the list of Senator Jean Jules EBONGUE NGOH and Madame MELLY ATIOMU, two chalk professionals and managers of Lay private Schools.

Senator EBONGUE NGOH was a seasoned Government Technical High School Teacher. He went through, all the career stages in this noble profession. He was in turn a classroom Teacher, Chief of Works, Principal in some Government High Schools, National Inspector of Mechanical Manufacturing, Inspector Coordinator in charge of Technical and Vocational Education , Divisional Delegate of MINEDUC Wouri, Provincial Delegate of MINETFOP, Regional Delegate of MINESEC Littoral, Member of Office de Baccalaureate Examination Board , President of Jury in Baccalaureate, Probatiore F and BT, Brevet de Techniciens, Brevets Professionnels, Vice-President of BAC F) . Elected Senator in 2013, Mr. Jean Jules EBONGUE NGOH actively participated in all activities of the Upper House of Parliament, specifically in the Educational Committee, Youth and Professional Training. He was a KNIGHT OF THE NATIONAL ORDER OFVALOR.

As for Mme MELLY ATIOMU, she is a holder of a 1^st degree in business management and DIPET II in accounting. She has served as a teacher in GTHS for 26 years and is the owner of a bilingual boarding school.

So, let’s cast a favourable vote in favour of EBONGUE NGOH – MELLY ATIOMU for;

-A quality Lay Private education in the Littoral;

• A consensual Lay Private where all the founders have the right to participate in theChapters;
• A Lay Private SEDUC who advocates equality in the sharing of Subventions toFounders. With EBONGUE NGOH and MELLY ATIOMU, let’s build a harmonioushome.

After taking office, SEDUC and his assistant, accompanied by the Regional Delegate on the day after taking office, the new SEDUC and his assistant will, with the support of the Regional Delegations of ¹MINEDUB and MINESEC, in the company of the respective founders, will take stock of the school map (establishments of the French-speaking, English-speaking and bilingual sections, nursery, Primary, General Secondary, Technical Secondary, Tertiary, Industrial Technical Secondary).

An action plan and a timeline will then be established, and will constitute the compass for carrying out the various activities which will be carried out with EFFECTIVENESS, EFFICIENCY AND EQUITY.

Groomed with intellectual capacity and accumulated experience in all the sectors, combined with the diverse skills of the founders who will always be welcomed, for the SEDUC and his Deputy, a major asset for the lay private secular education in the LittoralRegion.

The pair SEDUC EBONGUE NGOH and MELLY ANTIONO, will develop a united family, for the founders in a glass house where ADMINISTRATION WITH A HUMAN FACE will be applied, where the workers will carry out all their duties in a selfless manner, founders will not be sent home for the next day for a service which can be rendered promptly.

All founders will have equal rights and duties as we shall ensure compliance with the principle of equity by assisting in trainings and workshops invitation in official exams, scholarships and state subsidies. The founder shall experience a conducive atmosphere through friendly exchange, contacts etc.

Mastering student discipline, as well as seeking to improve academic results for schools, shall be the center of communication between SEDUC and the founders.

Exchanges between schools shall be promoted by SEDUC by which can lead to specializations of certain schools. For example, schools that are too closed and offer the same specialty with low enrollment (MOTOR MECHANIC and ELECTRICITY) can decide to specialized in one of the two depending on the level of the equipments in the workshop.

The PUBLIC-PRIVATE and PRIVATE-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP project, between lay private establishments from the Littoral and those abroad, will also have an important place in our action plan. We know how to do it; we have a good address book for this, and we are determined to do this…

Together, the founders will meet, work together in compliance with the regulations in place for the dignity of all.

Also, EBONGUE NGOH – MELLY ATIOMU, if elected, will put, the first year of their mandate, under the motto «PARTICIPATION AND INVOLVEMENT OF FOUNDERS, IN THE EDIFICATION OF ‘A HIGH-PERFORMING AND WORTHY SEDUC FOR AN EFFICIENT LAY PRIVATE EDUCATION¨^
